Freshness with heart and mind

Here, regionality meets mindful selection: Whenever possible, we source products from local farmers and artisans around Lake Traunsee. Vegetables, herbs, dairy, and meat products are fresh from the region and bring authentic flavor to your plate.

At the same time, we know that not everything is always available locally. That’s why we also supplement our kitchen with carefully selected products from wholesalers, though always with the same care and focus on quality. This allows us to strike the perfect balance between regionality, variety, and seasonal freshness.

With every dish, we aim not only to delight you but also to convey our appreciation for the producers and their work.

Our freshly caught fish:

Delivered daily by our in-house fishermen: Traunseefischerei R. Baldinger (Ohlsdorf) and Hannes Gebetsroither (Gmunden, Altmünster).
