We accept cash in Euro, EC or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club) as well as hotel own vouchers.
Cancellation policy
Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry) apply to our house.
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 months prior to your arrival
From 3 months up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking
From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking
When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 90 % of the cost of your booking, on early departure or no-show 100%
These unnecessary expenses and the associated anger we would like to spare for you.
That is why we recommend protecting yourself with the Hotel Cancellation Plus or our extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance as a precaution against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs (including helicopter) and accident benefits (Hotel Cancellation Premium only): Europäische Reiseversicherung (European travel insurance)
