Be it the traditional "Wiener Schnitzerl", the “Krautwickler” or roasted pork, over sautéed “Maishendlbrüsterl” to delicate “Beiriedschnitten”, the cheese tip of the season, our “Traunsteiner Schafskäsgupferl” or our specialty, Gmundner fish soup.
